Our history

We are Quebecers who fell in love with this magnificent Mexican-style villa. We have decided to share with you our little dream place. Your comfort is our ultimate goal !!! We have created a peaceful place where you can feel right at home. Our Florida villa, fully air-conditioned, occupies a privileged location in a high-end and secure residential site. We have placed two bicycles at your disposal so that you can walk around this magnificent district. Our heated private swimming pool will allow you an exceptional relaxation with a view on a beautiful stream. What a good life!

We enjoyed our trip, and would definitely return. The property was as beautiful as described. The 3 bedrooms easily fit 6 people. There is a pull out sofa couch with a (very heavy!) Futon-style mattress that goes on top. Two additional people can fit on that too. Kitchen was spacious, and there were multiple tables, including a patio table, to use.
Nathalie and Gil were extremely responsive. On the first day we realized the overheard lights were out. We contacted Nathalie, and that same day, while we were out, they were replaced.
Previous commenters talked about ants. Nathalie told us an exterminator had since come, and we did not see a single bug our entire week long stay. It was very clean. (Note to owner though, we tried to sweep up, and found the broom, but could not locate a dust pan.)
The neighborhood is very nice. Its a real neighborhood, with people actually living there. Not a crazy party place or anything, just a regular neighborhood probably like the one you and we live in. Just perfect. Near enough to shopping, but not so much that you hear it at night.
There was no soap or shampoo, however, that is stated upfront in the property description.
Really, the house was almost perfect, and we would happily come back for another stay. The only downside was that the pool light did not turn on and off at will. Meaning, it seemed to be connected to a timer somewhere. Thus, when we went for night swims, if it was before the timer set it off, the pool light didn't come on. We still had light from the house lights, though. Unfortunately Nathalie was unable to repair this during our stay, but she said someone would be coming shortly for the next guests. I'm sure its just a timer switch that needs to be reset.
This was a minor glitch in an otherwise lovely and beautiful experience. We thank our hosts for their hospitality, and would highly recommend to others!
